The Korean Journal of International and Comparative Law is a fully Open Access journal, which means that all articles are freely available online, ensuring maximum, worldwide dissemination of content. Open Access publication of the journal is supported by a subvention from the Foundation for the Development of International Law in Asia (DILA), and the Article Publication Charge for authors is therefore waived. The Korean Journal of International and Comparative Law (KJICL) publishes articles and book reviews by pre-eminent scholars of international and comparative law. Each issue provides analyses of contemporary Asian practice in International Law, and summaries of decisions made by tribunals and both national and international courts.
