The Journal of the Florida State Dental Society (JFSDS)

The Journal of the Florida State Dental Society was an official professional dental journal published in the United States between 1946 and 1967. The journal served as the scholarly and professional communication platform of the Florida State Dental Society, later associated with the Florida Dental Association. It focused on advancing dental science, clinical practice, professional ethics, and continuing education for dental practitioners throughout Florida and the broader United States. The publication featured scientific articles, clinical case studies, professional reports, dental public health discussions, and association activities relevant to practicing dentists and oral healthcare professionals. It also published updates on developments in oral surgery, prosthodontics, preventive dentistry, and dental education.
