Eastern Africa Law Review is a journal of law and development published by the School of Law, University of Dar es Salaam. The Journal is intended to give a forum for lawyers to discuss legal and related issues. EALR aims to promote critical discussions of existing laws and legal structures and their relevance to developing countries – East Africa. In this regard, it encourages articles which has an interdisciplinary approach and related legal issues to the general, social, and economic order.
