Journal Descriptions
Turkish Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing (Turk J Cardiovasc Nurs) is a scientific, open access, online-only periodical published in accordance with independent, unbiased, and double-blinded peer-review principles. The journal is the official publication of Turkish Society of Cardiology - Cardiovascular Nursing Technicians Working Group, published tri-annually in April, August, and December. The publication languages of the journal are Turkish and English. Turkish Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing aims to contribute to the literature bu publishing mauscripts at the highest scientific level on coronary artery diseases, heart valve diseases, arrhythmia, heart failure, hypertension, congenital heart diseases, coronary intensive care nursing. The journal publishes Original article, review, rare case report, and letter to the editor that are prepared in accordance with ethical guidelines. The target audience of the journal includes nurses, academicians, clinical researchers, medical/health professionals, students, nursing professionals and related professional and academic bodies and institutions. Turkish Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing currently indexed in DOAJ and TUBITAK ULAKBIM TR Index. The editorial and publication processes of the journal are shaped in accordance with the guidelines of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), Council of Science Editors (CSE), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), European Association of Science Editors (EASE), and National Information Standards Organization (NISO). The journal is in conformity with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (doaj.org/bestpractice).
