Studia Universitatis Babes-Bolyai Theologia Orthodoxa Journal (SUBBTO) is an open access, peer-reviewed, bi-annual academic journal published by the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, Babes-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania). It publishes articles and reviews on Orthodox theology (Bible, history, practical, systematic, etc.). It is open to any other article with a theological reference, especially in philosophy, history or philology. The structure of the journal is as follows: Articles, books and reviews are grouped by subject area. From 2016, all articles are published in English only. The journal covers the main theological fields (biblical theology, dogmatic theology, moral theology, liturgics, patrology, ethics, catechesis, Christian art, philosophy of religion, theology and philosophy/phenomenology, ecclesiastical history, etc.), but also interdisciplinary studies.
