The South Asian Journal of Human Resources Management (SAJHRM) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research on human resource management in and beyond South Asia. The journal emphasizes both theoretical contributions and practical insights related to HR policy, strategy, and practice across South Asian nations (including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka). It publishes a wide range of scholarly work, such as conceptual and empirical research papers, research notes, interviews, case studies, and book reviews. With a strong regional focus, the journal encourages research that embeds HRM issues within the context of South Asian organizational, institutional, and socio-economic environments. It seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice by highlighting how contemporary HR practices impact individuals, firms, and communities across South Asia. SAJHRM is indexed in major academic databases including SCOPUS, Web of Science (ESCI) and is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
