Sotavento MBA Magazine (print ISSN: 0123-3734; digital ISSN: 2346-2175) is an academic publication of the Faculty of Business Administration at the Externado de Colombia University. It is governed by the principles of plurality, tolerance, and theoretical and methodological rigor. Within this framework, it accepts works from researchers from various public and private institutions. Likewise, as a means of disseminating the academic output of the Faculty of Business Administration, it includes research results from researchers at affiliated centers and graduate students in the programs. Additionally, it seeks to ensure that the research conducted and the knowledge derived from it impact both the curricular management of training programs and the management practices of Colombian and Latin American companies.
