Socialvetenskaplig tidskrift is an open access journal that publishes social science research with a special focus on social work. The journal serves as a platform for publishing and disseminating leading research and functions as a forum for debate on social science and social work in a Swedish context. Both theoretical and empirical contributions are welcome. As an author, you can expect an initial decision within eight weeks. After that, you will have six weeks to make any necessary revisions. Socialvetenskaplig tidskrift is a Swedish journal that publishes social science research with a particular focus on social work. The journal publishes and disseminates leading research and offers a forum for debate on social science and social work in a Swedish context. The journal’s target readership includes those with an interest in social issues, with a particular emphasis on social work. The editorial responsibility rotates among the country’s Schools of Social Work, and the editorial office is based at the Department of Social Work, University of Gothenburg, through 2030. Socialvetenskaplig tidskrift is published in collaboration with the Association for Social Work Research (FORSA) and receives research funding from FORTE.
