Journal Descriptions

Smart and Resilient Transportation is an international, open access, peer-reviewed journal publishing research covering all aspects of smart and resilient transportation system technologies (SRTs), in association with Dr. Yong QIN and the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Rail Autonomous Operation based at Beijing Jiaotong University. Smart and Resilient Transportation (SRT) welcomes theoretical articles, technology reviews and case studies that draw on contributions from multiple fields, such as electrical and electronic engineering, automotive/mechanical engineering, safety and reliability engineering, system and command engineering, communication and computer engineering, and artificial intelligence, etc. The title covers but is not limited to: Smart and resilient rail/road/air/water transportation system Architecture and assessment for SRTs Autonomous perception and localization for SRTs Intelligent control and operation for SRTs Condition monitoring, prognostic and health management for SRTs Smart travel services for SRTs Risk assessment, active safety and emergency management for SRTs Reliability, availability, maintainability, safety and interoperability for SRTs When submitting a manuscript, authors will be taken to a service called Paperpal Preflight, an AI-driven tool that checks manuscripts against the journal's author guidelines. Authors are free to use or bypass this step and submit directly to ScholarOne.
