Semiconductor Science & Technology is a long-standing, peer-reviewed scholarly journal established in 1986 and published monthly by IOP Publishing Ltd., part of the Institute of Physics. It focuses on cutting-edge research in the science and technology of semiconductors, embracing both fundamental and applied studies. The journal’s scope spans a wide array of topics including the properties and behavior of semiconductor materials (including non-organic, organic and oxide semiconductors), characterization techniques, nanostructures, device physics and design, fabrication processes, simulation and modeling, and emerging applications in fields like quantum technologies, flexible electronics and energy materials.
