Change Management: An International Journal investigates the dynamics of negotiating organizational change and organizational responses to social, stakeholder, and market change. The journal is part of the Organization Studies Journal Collection. This collection comes together around a common concern for, and a shared interest to explore, new possibilities in knowledge, culture and change management, within the broader context of the nature and future of organizations and their impact on society. We seek to build an epistemic community to make linkages across disciplinary, geographic, and cultural boundaries. The journal collection is defined by our Research Network scope and concerns and motivated to build strategies for action framed by our shared themes and tensions. Change Management: An International Journal is a Hybrid Open Access journal. We offer various pathways to make your research accessible and make accessibility affordable. Please see our Open Access Statement and Journal Author Rights & Permissions support page for more information.
