Revue trimestrielle des droits de l'Homme (RTDI)
Journal Descriptions
The Revue trimestrielle des droits de l'homme is the reference journal on fundamental rights. In addition to theoretical reflections on fundamental rights, it offers an in-depth, critical analysis of international and national case law. It publishes quarterly articles on legal doctrine and case law, as well as bibliographical reviews. The Review is aimed not only at legal professionals (lawyers, magistrates, academics, civil servants, etc.), but also at anyone with an interest in fundamental rights who is not necessarily a lawyer. It undoubtedly owes its renown to the quality of its publications, which are subject to a prior evaluation procedure that respects the scientific freedom of the author. It also boasts authors from several countries, giving it an international dimension. Founded in 1990 by Me Pierre Lambert, the Revue has been managed since September 2021 by Géraldine Rosoux and Christophe Pettiti, who succeeded Frédéric Krenc and Pierre Vandernoot. In defining editorial policy, the directors are supported by a scientific committee made up of eminent personalities, while an editorial board works to produce the magazine, which goes to press with perfect punctuality. The digital version of the magazine is available at www.rtdh.eu.
