The International Journal of Psychosociology and Management of Organizational Behavior (RIPCO) is an independent, peer-reviewed quarterly journal dedicated to the advancement of research in the fields of psychosociology of work and organizational behavior. RIPCO publishes high-quality original academic articles, in French and English, from all disciplines of management science and the humanities in general, which provide new and grounded insights into organizational behavior. RIPCO is internationally oriented and aims at rigorous and contextualized research that contributes to the theory and practice of psychosociology and organizational behavior, such as narrative, systematic, meta-analytic or bibliometric literature reviews summarizing the available scientific knowledge on a subject, conceptual analyses proposing new theoretical frameworks, and empirical analyses conducted either by experimentation, questionnaire or case studies testing relationships between organizational phenomena. RIPCO promotes in particular research on sustainable organizational behavior. Furthermore, RIPCO is open to a wide range of methodological and philosophical perspectives, and welcomes high-quality international research whose approaches are underrepresented in mainstream organizational behavior research, such as qualitative or critical approaches. Similarly, the journal values rigorous research from countries and regions of the world that are underrepresented in the field of organizational behavior. Finally, RIPCO welcomes debate and encourages controversy in the form of non-research articles, based on the idea that such contributions are also necessary for the advancement of knowledge. The journal also publishes reviews of important books and articles on organizational behavior.
