Revue internationale de droit économique (RIDE)
Journal Descriptions
This interdisciplinary journal focuses on French and international economic law in all its specialties and as a whole. Thanks to the plurality of its theoretical and practical approaches, it is a forum for legal scholars, public and private law specialists, economists, researchers and practitioners. The RIDE focuses on national and international economic law in all its branches and as a whole. Interdisciplinarity is a key feature of the journal. Thanks to the pluralism of its theoretical and practical approaches, it is a meeting place for jurists from different sectors and nations, publicists and privatists, lawyers and economists, researchers and practitioners. As a result, the relationship between economic and legal phenomena is constantly under critical scrutiny. The evolution of law is examined in different fields, such as international trade relations or regional economic integration, particularly European integration, and in different sectors and branches. Another distinctive feature of the journal is its cross-disciplinary and comparative approach. The objectives of the journal are to identify and develop the general principles of economic law, to define and maintain its relationship with public or general private law, to contribute to the approximation of national legislation, and to reflect on the major themes of economic law. It is aimed at both the specialist and the generalist: the specialist, for a better overview, and the generalist, to facilitate appreciation of the full diversity of economic law. The RIDE is subsidized by the French Community of Belgium, the European University Institute of Florence and the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis.
