RIMHE, Management & Human Enterprise, is a scientific journal which publishes, in both digital and printed form, research articles on all aspects of organisation management, with a central focus on human beings. The journal's publisher is the Association for interdisciplinary research on company management, ARIMHE. RIMHE, the Interdisciplinary Review, Management, Man & Enterprise ( Management & Human Enterprise ) is a scientific journal published by ARIMHE (https: www.arimhe.com/) whose objective is to publish in digital form research articles on business management in all areas of management. The main objective of RIMHE is to contribute to the promotion and development of excellence in scientific production in management sciences. Publish research articles on business management in digital form. RIMHE is aimed at teacher-researchers, management science students, and practitioners. Additionally, researchers from other disciplines may be invited to serve as "guest authors." A reading note on a new reference work may also be presented, as well as a "feedback" written by professionals. Research articles are selected by an editorial committee, formed for each issue, after double-blind evaluation by two to three members of our scientific committee and several rounds of review. Four issues are published per year with one issue dated per season: winter, spring, summer, autumn.
