Revue française de gestion (RFG)
Journal Descriptions
Covering the entire spectrum of management science and management, in their various disciplinary subfields, the Revue française de gestion (RFG) is the leading French-language journal in the field. The RFG was founded by the Fnege in 1975 with the aim of providing the French-speaking community with an academic journal equivalent to the best Anglo-Saxon journals. It aims to contribute to the development of innovative French-language theoretical thinking in the field of management science and management, as well as to its promotion within the academic, professional, and student worlds of the French-speaking world and beyond. The RFG defends the idea that management sciences are fundamental sciences which, through the empirical study of organizational phenomena, allow us to build knowledge essential to understanding and managing organizations in their technical, political and human dimensions. For the RFG, management concerns – in the contingency of their objectives and practices – all organizations, both private and public, from the largest to the smallest, from the market and non-market sectors and the social and solidarity economy, regardless of the area of the world where these organizations operate.
