Revue d'Anthropologie des Connaissances (RDC)
Journal Descriptions
This journal encourages studies on the conditions of production, use, transmission and mobilization of knowledge as discourses, practices and material infrastructures. It publishes articles that contribute to theoretical or empirical investigations about knowledge in society from various disciplines in the social sciences and humanities. The Revue d'anthropologie des Connaissances, launched in 2006, promotes the study of knowledge as discourse, practice or technical device; the conditions of its production, use, transmission and, more broadly, its mobilization by human collectives. It publishes articles that contribute to the theoretical and empirical study of the formation and use of knowledge from the human and social sciences. The term "anthropology" is used here in the general sense of multidisciplinary investigation into practices and behaviours, representations and ideologies, professions, organizations and institutions, techniques and productions in their historical singularities.
