Revista Jurídicas (Jurídicas)

The Revista Jurídica s is an open-access scientific publication with no APC (Article Processing Charge) fee, published semiannually nationally and internationally. It is affiliated with the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the University of Caldas. It welcomes articles in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish on original and unpublished research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and academic and scientific discussion in the social sciences, particularly in the field of law. The Jurídicas Journal is a space where academics and practitioners can publish research, reflection, and review articles related to the development of legal science and the state of the art in the legal and socio-legal fields. It thus seeks to contribute to the consolidation of a permanent intellectual output that disseminates legal knowledge at the regional, national, and international levels. The Journal is published in print and digital formats (PDF).
