Since then, the journal has been an academic space committed to the discussion and dissemination of original research papers that offer significant contributions on legal systems, legal theory, legal institutions, general legal theory, social security, labor law, criminal law, sociology of law, and related topics in Law and Society. The Mario Alario D'Filippo Law Review, starting in 2023, will change its publication frequency to quarterly (January to April, May to August, and September to December).
