The Journal Investigación & Gestión, published by the School of Business Sciences of the Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander, presents the production of research papers from the scientific community in the area of Business Administration. All articles received are submitted before publication to the critical review of external peer reviewers. The authors of the papers assume all responsibility that may derive from them. The Revista Investigación & Gestión of the Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander is a biannual publication that receives scientific papers at any time of the year. It is an electronic scientific journal, published biannually by the Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander, whose purpose is to serve as a means of dissemination of original works, review and reflection of the following areas: Accounting and Finance. Project Management. Administration and Control of Human Resources. Direction and Management of Business Ethics. Organizational Behavior. Marketing. International Business. Contributions can be submitted free of charge in Spanish and English, after complying with the ethical and editorial standards of the journal, for subsequent double-blind refereeing. Peer Review Process Peer review: the evaluation process of the Investigacion & Gestion Journal is "double blind" where the identities of the evaluators will not be known by the author and, in turn, the peer reviewers will not know the identity(ies) of the author(s), in order to maintain the impartiality of the evaluation. Manuscripts accepted for academic peer review are submitted to at least two external referees with academic and research qualifications and expertise in the field. A third referee or peer reviewer will be sent if any of the evaluations is negative or if after fifteen days no response is received from any of the peer reviewers.
