The GEON Journal of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Los Llanos was created with the purpose of producing academic publications of a scientific nature related to administration, organizations, and business. The GEON Journal publishes scientific information focused on administration, organizations, and businesses as a contribution to research and development in the areas of sustainable development, especially decent work and economic growth under SDG 8. This collection is funded by the Faculty of Economics at the University of Los Llanos. Our academic community is made up of professors, graduates, students, and other professionals who seek to share their scientific research and academic experiences through quality scientific articles relevant to management, organizations, business, and established topics. Mission GEON is a non-profit scientific publication that promotes the exchange of knowledge and improves the dissemination of research work, with an emphasis on management, organizations, and business. It contributes to the development of spaces for reflection within the academic community through research development in these areas, resulting in the generation of new knowledge, based on the global business landscape. Vision By 2025, GEON journal aims to become a benchmark for scientific sources at the national and international levels, characterized by the quality and transparency of its scientific publications, providing greater support and security to those interested in publishing and acquiring new knowledge.
