ESPEJO is a student magazine of the Linguistics and Literature program at the University of Cartagena. It is published annually and is aimed at the academic community and the general public. It was founded in 1994 by Linguistics and Literature students and, since then, has remained a space that facilitates creation, reflection, and research in the humanities. Espejo is an academic space and meeting point for artistic creation and research in the humanities, specifically in the areas of literature, linguistics, and sociocultural studies. The student magazine Espejo is aimed at the general academic community, and its call for papers is specifically aimed at undergraduate and graduate students, welcoming contributions from students in academic programs at various universities in Colombia and Latin America.
