The Digital Journal of Administrative Law, ISSN: 2145-2946, was conceived as a forum for qualified analysis and discussion of the main topics within this legal discipline. For this reason, and considering that its primary objective is to encourage debate and promote the development of scientific research within the academic community, the Digital Journal of Administrative Law is a publication aimed at all undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, and interested professionals. It constitutes a space open to contributions in the various regulatory sectors encompassed within the broad spectrum of modern Administrative Law, both by researchers associated with the Research Group of the Externado de Colombia University, as well as by distinguished national and international professors from other schools. The selection and publication of articles will not depend on the theoretical conception, approach, or methodology employed. Only the quality, scientific rigor, and implicit standards of all academic work related to Administrative Law and Public Economic Law will be taken into account, with preference given to unpublished articles that fit into the following categories: reflection articles, scientific research articles, and review articles. Submissions are primarily received in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
