Research-Technology Management (RTM) is an award-winning peer-reviewed journal in the fields of innovation management, R&D management, and technology management. All articles undergo double-blind peer review. The journal is part of the Innovation Research Interchange and has been publishing practitioner-oriented original research since 1957. RTM seeks articles that connect innovation and strategy theories to the practice of innovation management. RTM accepts original empirical articles employing rigorous qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches. RTM articles are concise (4,000–5,000 words) and practice centered; they can be motivated by practice but must be grounded in relevant contemporary academic research. They offer insights that are applicable across a broad range of industries and organizations.
