Research in Hospitality Management (RHM) is a peer-reviewed open access journal publishing research articles that make an original contribution to the understanding of hospitality and to the theory and practice of international hospitality management. In response to rapid, disruptive changes confronting the hospitality industry globally (e.g. climate change, artificial intelligence, demographic shifts), the journal is broadening its aims and scope to also include tourism and leisure management as interconnected sectors that are integral to holistic, future-focussed conceptions of hospitality. We aim to publish original research that explores these intersections and informs transitions to sustainable futures.
