The Repertorio de Medicina y Cirugía Journal (Repert. Med. Cir.) is the scientific dissemination body of the San José group of Bogotá DC, Colombia, made up of the Bogotá Surgery Society - San José Hospital, the University Foundation of Health Sciences and the San José University Children's Hospital, founded in 1909. As of 2018, the journal has a quarterly frequency, which means that it publishes three times a year, and as follows: January - April, May - August and September - December. It publishes original articles, review articles, topic reviews, case reports, and practice guides, among others, that comply with editorial policies. The topics are related to the area of health and related sciences. It aims to be a means of disseminating research generated by local, regional, and international students, teachers, and researchers, and in turn, promote and strengthen networks for generating and transferring knowledge.
