REC: CardioClinics is an official publication of the the Spanish Society of Cardiology, within REC Publications, the family of publications of Revista Española de Cardiología, which is dedicated to the study of cardiovascular diseases and focused on emerging fields of clinical research in cardiovascular medicine. The journal addresses both novel aspects of cardiovascular clinical care and new approaches focused on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases. The editorial line is oriented to cardiovascular clinical research with patients, with special interest in those thematic areas not covered in clinical trials, such as cardiac tumor disease, pericardial disease, cardiovascular problems associated with pregnancy, sports cardiology, etc. REC: CardioClinics is published quarterly, and articles are published in the language they are received, either English or Spanish. The journal adheres to the standards of the International International Committee of Medical Journal Editors and the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics.
