RAS Techniques and Instruments is a broad-scope journal covering data science, software, and instrumentation, for both astrophysics and geophysics. RASTI is proud to be listed in the DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals). DOAJ indexes and promotes quality, peer-reviewed open access journals from around the world, upholding the reputation for advocating best practices and standards in open access journals. With RASTI indexed in DOAJ, we proudly showcase our respectability and prominence. RASTI is also proud to be listed in Scopus. Scopus is an abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature including scientific journals, books, and conference proceedings. This new journal provides a high-quality, Open Access forum for advancements in data methods, instrumentation and new theoretical and modelling developments, to further their contribution to the rich research environment in the fields of Astronomy and Geophysics. Topics covered will include: Artificial intelligence and machine-learning; advanced statistical methods; the applications of high-performance computing and the development of new technologies; and Instrumentation, mission concepts and electronic capabilities.
