Rajagiri Management Journal (RAMJ) is an open access, peer-reviewed academic journal focused on all aspects of management. It is delivered by Emerald publishing services and sponsored by Rajagiri Business School and Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. When submitting a manuscript, authors will be taken to a service called Paperpal Preflight, an AI-driven tool that checks manuscripts against the journal's author guidelines. Authors are free to use or bypass this step and submit directly to ScholarOne. Rajagiri Management Journal (RAMJ) publishes theoretically based, empirically supported peer-reviewed research papers, covering all aspects of management. The journal welcomes research papers, case studies and book reviews that draw on contributions from all functional areas of management. The title coverage includes but is not limited to the following topics: General Management Marketing Econometrics Finance Human Resources and Organizational Behavior Operations Business Analytics and Information Systems All articles are published Open Access, so are made freely available at no charge to the author. Rajagiri Management Journal (ISSN 0972-9968) was launched in February 2000 as a double-blind peer-reviewed bi-annual journal by the Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences,Kochi. The focus of the journal has been to encourage and disseminate research on management issues done by management experts, business practitioners, and academicians. The journal provides insights to decision makers relating to different functional areas of management. The journal invites manuscripts that are well written, supported by empirical data or by a theoretical model and that which provides managerial insights. The journal was indexed by EBSCO in 2016.
