Founded as a newsletter for the members of the Legal Psychology Section of the Professional Association of German Psychologists (BDP), the journal Praxis der Rechtspsychologie has developed over the years into a renowned specialist publication that establishes links between science and practice and thus makes a contribution to scientifically based practice. In addition to the subject areas of legal psychology, psychologically relevant legal and legal policy problems are addressed. Each issue contains several articles on a key topic, as well as discussion and practical contributions, case studies, letters to the editor, conference reports, case law and references. The journal is also aimed at representatives of related disciplines such as the judiciary, the legal profession, ministries, courts, legal, social and criminal policy, and those working in the field of social work. The journal will be published by Hogrefe Verlag from 2024. The practice of legal psychology is archived via Portico .
