Political Economy Quarterly (PEQ)

Political Economy Quarterly (CN 10-1809/F, ISSN 2097-1516) was founded by the Institute of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University in 2018, and was approved by National Press and Publication Administration in November 2021 to obtain the domestic unified serial publication number (CN 10-1809/F). The journal is supervised by the Ministry of Education, hosted by Tsinghua University, and published by Tsinghua University Press. The inaugural issue, Volume 1, Issue 1, was published in December 2022. Political Economy Quarterly adheres to the correct direction of publication and positive guidance of public opinion. The journal follows the fundamental principles and methodologies of Marxist political economy, tracks the forefront of international political economy research, focuses on the prominent theoretical and practical issues in the construction of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, highlights the experiences of the Chinese path and the Chinese model, and provides an academic exchange and integration platform for constructing a political economy system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
