Performance Measurement and Metrics is a leading double-anonymous refereed, international journal, charting new developments and techniques for libraries, museums and archives to assess their performance, value and impact. The aim of the journal is to support the implementation of research into practice, and to provide a knowledge base for evidence-based decision-making in libraries, museums and archives. The journal is concerned with planning, service development and advocacy in libraries, museums and archives, and their broader ecosystems, including the resources they provide and the organizations of which they are a part. Relevant topics include but are not limited to the following: New approaches to performance measurement and assessment in libraries, museums and archives. New methods, tools and techniques for libraries, museums and archives to use in performance measurement and assessment endeavours. Frameworks for library, museum and archive value, impact, assessment, or performance measurement. Developments in analytics, data visualization, or usability testing.
