Papers in Political Economy (PPE)

Since 1974, the Cahiers d'Economie Politique have been a privileged venue for theoretical discussions that take into account the full historical dimension of the discipline of economics. Widely open to all the sensibilities that run through economic science, and considering that the study of past authors and current debates in economic analysis can mutually enrich each other, they publish articles relating to the history of economic thought, economic philosophy, or at the interface of the history of thought with contemporary economic theory or history. *The journal publishes articles in French and English. Cahiers d'Economie Politique is published twice a year, with a varia issue in June and a thematic issue in December. Varia issues include papers submitted at the initiative of their authors on a variety of topics, while thematic issues are systematically preceded by calls for papers.
