Outre-Terre (OT)
Journal Descriptions
This European journal of geopolitics espouses the French school of geopolitics developed, in the mid-70s, by Yves Lacoste and supported by Béatrice Giblin and Michel Korinman, the founder of the journal. It juxtaposes mappable reasoning on territorial issues that pit national, regional and local players against each other. It brings to life the debates that run through both the political class and civil society regarding projects affecting the future of national, regional and local space.
