Journal Descriptions
The Center for Research and Special Projects (CIPE) invites academics, researchers, and specialists in political science, government, public policy, and public administration to publish their original research or reflections in the journal OPERA (print ISSN: 1657-8651; digital ISSN: 2346-2159), affiliated with the Observatory of Policies, Execution, and Results in Public Administration. The journal has international circulation and is aimed at students, researchers, and professionals interested in this topic. It began publishing annually in 2001 and has been published semiannually since 2014. The journal is indexed in Redalyc; Emerging Sources Citation Index; Cengage Learning; DOAJ; Clase; Latindex; Dialnet; EBSCO Academic Source; REDIB; SSRN; and Open Journal System. Priority will be given to papers on topics within the lines of research developed within the framework of the OPERA Research Group. The lines of research are as follows: 1) Public administration, public policies, and governance; 2) Conflict, peace, and security; 3) Political and electoral processes; and 4) Sustainable and territorial development.
