The Center for Research and Special Projects (CIPE) invites scholars, researchers, and specialists in contemporary international affairs to publish their research in the journal OASIS (print ISSN: 1657-7558; digital ISSN: 2346-2132), affiliated with the Observatory for the Analysis of International Systems. The journal is distributed nationally and internationally. It began publishing annually in 1995 and has been published semiannually since 2014. The OASIS journal seeks to contribute to the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the social sciences, with a special emphasis on topics related to international relations. The objective is to publish scientific papers, research results, or theoretical reflections. Priority will be given to papers on topics within the research lines developed within the framework of the OASIS Research Group. The research lines are as follows: Regional Studies, Global Governance, and International Relations Theory.
