Journal Descriptions

The periodical aims to gather the results of research in the field of library and archival sciences , and to raise and debate general issues aimed at highlighting the connections between research. Its objective is to promote and enhance the cultural and professional training of archivists and librarians with increasingly qualified and up-to-date content. This yearbook, founded in 1987, was formerly edited by Alessandro Pratesi. Some back issues of the "Annali della scuola..." are available. The periodical has the aim of reaping the benefits of research in the field of library and archival sciences, be it by those who work in different sections of the school, or by those outsiders who undertake similar parallel studies, it also provokes and debates problems in general with the intent of demonstrating the bond between the various forms of research that, although disparate, endeavor with their up to date and qualified contents, to promote and improve the cultural and professional formation of archivists and librarians. Annuario, founded in 1987, previously directed by Alessandro Pratesi. Some older years of the «Annals of the school are available.
