Nordic Nursing Research (Nordisk sygeplejeforskning) is a scientific and peer-reviewed international journal. The journal aims at strengthening the scientific basis of the nursing profession by providing high quality knowledge on clinical and theoretical nursing research in the Nordic countries and context. Nordic Nursing Research publishes scientific articles in English, Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish and addresses researchers within the fields of health and nursing science, nursing educators, nurses in clinical practice, and other health professionals. Nordic Nursing Research was established in 2011 and is owned jointly by the Danish Society of Nursing Research (Dansk Selskab for Sygeplejeforskning) and the Norwegian Society of Nursing Research and education (NSF Forskning og Utdanning (NSF UTFORSK)).
