Nordic Journal of General Didactics (NoAD) is a journal with a focus on education and teaching. It provides a forum for publication of articles mainly about general didactics, but also subjects didactics. Of specific interest are studies about bildung in relation to didactics. Issues of interest for the journal are education, teacher work, teacher education, schools as a social practice and theoretical studies with a focus on didactics and bildung. The journal is aimed at readers with an interest in teaching and the teaching profession and accepts articles in the Scandinavian and English languages. All published articles are peer-reviewed.
