The New Zealand Journal of Crop and Horticultural Science is an international journal that covers all aspects of the production, protection, handling, and processing of crop and horticultural products. The journal publishes original research papers, review articles, short communications, letters, and forum articles. We welcome submissions on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to: • Production – agronomy, plant breeding, biotechnology, plant nutrition, soil science, indoor and urban horticulture, viticulture, and the development of new crop and horticultural products • Protection – entomology, pathology, biosecurity, and weed management • Postharvest – handling, processing, storage, and quality assessment of crop and horticultural products • Innovation and application – new cultivar releases and novel technologies for horticultural systems
