The NBER International Seminar on Macroeconomics (ISM) (ISSN 1932-8976) ceased in 2012 after the publication of Volume 9. New published content from ISM is published in supplements to the Journal of International Economics (0022-1996). The NBER International Seminar on Macroeconomics brings together leading American and European economists to discuss a broad range of current issues in global macroeconomics. An international companion to the more American-focused NBER Macroeconomics Annual, the distinguished ISoM has met annually in Europe for over thirty years.
