Aimed at developing research into the history of the two French empires, Napoleonica. Revue is a scientific, multidisciplinary and international journal. It is published by the Fondation Napoléon, with the support of the Centre National du Livre. Napoleonica. La Revue is an online review which aims to promote research in the history of the First and Second French Empires. Napoleonica. La Revue, published by the Fondation Napoléon, is academic, multidisciplinary, international and peer-reviewed. It is produced with the support of the Centre National du Livre (CNL). The Fondation Napoléon is delighted to make academic texts and studies widely available, including previously unpublished work, conference proceedings and re-editions of essential texts. Between 2001 and 2014, the Fondation Napoléon and Nouveau Monde editions published no fewer than 40 biographies, historical accounts and articles as part of the Bibliothèque Napoléon collection. The Fondation Napoléon is currently collaborating with Vendémiaire editions (2015-) to encourage an objective and rigorous approach in studies of the two Napoleonic empires, two periods which profoundly marked the history of France and turned Europe upside down. These studies will be published as part of the Bibliothèque du XIXe siècle series.
