Modern Educational Technology (MET)

Modern Educational Technology is a journal supervised by the Ministry of Education of China and hosted by Tsinghua University. It is indexed in the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) and serves as the official journal of the China Association for Educational Technology and the academic publication of the Online Education Research Center of the Ministry of Education. The journal's title was inscribed by Professor Hu Dongcheng of Tsinghua University. In 2001, when the journal obtained its official publication number and began public distribution, the renowned Chinese educator Professor Gu Mingyuan was the first to contribute an inscription: "Conduct research in educational technology to promote the modernization of education." Adhering to the mission of "grounding in educational technology, advancing academic research, fostering professional exchange, and serving industry development," the journal covers various fields of modern educational technology and educational informatization, providing an academic platform for theoretical research and a communication platform for practical exploration. The purpose of this journal is to: base on academic research, drive practical exploration, promote the development of educational technology, and promote educational modernization. This journal can be read by audio-visual education centers (modern educational technology centers) of colleges and universities and other schools at all levels and types, CAI centers, distance education institutions, multimedia research and development personnel, and teachers and managers who are enthusiastic about educational modernization. It is a must-have for school libraries, reference rooms, educational technology centers and other departments. This journal has reference value for the study and research of teachers and students majoring in educational technology in normal universities.
