Migration Studies is an international refereed, online-only journal dedicated to advancing scholarly understanding of the determinants, processes, and outcomes of human migration in all its manifestations. Led by a cross-disciplinary editorial team and supported by a global editorial board of senior scholars and policymakers, Migration Studies seeks to publish high-quality research on all aspects of mobility, including work on labour and forced migration, internal displacement, diaspora, and transnationalism, across a range of disciplines spanning the social sciences. To this end, the journal welcomes submissions of full-length articles and reviews of books from those working across the social sciences in all parts of the world. Priority is given to methodological, comparative, and theoretical advances. The journal also publishes annual calls for special issue proposals.
