Meat Research (MR)

Meat Research was founded in 1987, sponsored by the China Meat Products Comprehensive Research Center. The journal is an official publication published monthly in Chinese with an ISSN number of 1001-8123 and a CN number of 11-2682/TS. Meat Research as an authoritative peer-reviewed publication in China focuses on both theoretical and technological advances. The journal has been consecutively recognized as Chinese Core Scientific Journal by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC) in 2023, and it has been listed in the Peking University’s Guide to Chinese Core Journals (7th, 8th, and 10th editions). It has also been fully included in databases such as Chinese Core Journal Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database, China Journal Net, CAB Abstracts and FSTA. Meat Research accept two types of articles: original research articles and review articles on frontiers. Research articles must be novel and complete. Review articles should focus on research hot spots and the latest advances to provide strong forward-looking guidance. High-quality articles with in-depth defined topics, reliable results, insightful interpretations and conclusions are especially welcomed.
