Management & Social Sciences publishes articles online on the Cairn platform and under its license. The publication, printing, and physical distribution of M&SS is arranged by ISTEC Business School. After a period of three years, as negotiated between the journal, Cairn, and ISTEC, the articles will be accessible free of charge on Cairn and on HAL (Management&SocialSciences Collection). Management & Social Sciences", a biannual scientific journal with a scientific review committee. Published every six months (June and December). Includes a thematic dossier, a selection of articles, interviews, reading notes and conference announcements. Management & Social Sciences bring together social sciences and management in order to contribute to a science based on action and informed decision-making, considering the development of human potential as the only active factor in creating global and sustainable performance.
