Journal Descriptions

M@n@gement is the official journal of the International Association of Strategic Management (AIMS). AIMS is the leading French-speaking association of researchers in management, strategy and organization. Its mission is to promote work in strategic and organizational management, to encourage its dissemination and to help its members in their professional development. In addition, M@n@gement has been supported by the CNRS Institut des Sciences Humaines et Sociales since 2018. The aim of M@n@gement is to encourage the creation and dissemination of research articles that contribute to improving our understanding of organizational phenomena. The journal encourages original research that draws on new or unusual theoretical approaches, methodologies and/or databases. It publishes articles offering both a significant theoretical contribution and interest for practitioners. The managerial interest may be indirect, but the problems and results of the research articles must be related in some way to managerial or organizational issues. M@n@gement is also open to research that establishes links with related disciplines such as sociology, law, philosophy, psychology, economics, history, communication sciences and semiotics.
