La Revue de l’IRES (Institut de Recherches Économiques et Sociales) publishes research on collective labor relations, working conditions and performance, the relationships between macroeconomics and work performance, wage levels, and social protection, especially given the involvement of professional organizations in the creation and collective management of social guarantees. La Revue de l'Ires, founded in 1989, is a multi-disciplinary journal published by the Institut de Recherches Economiques et Sociales, Ires. Its aim is to contribute to knowledge in fields of interest to all trade union organizations: labor market and employment policies, economic policy, income and social protection, working conditions and work activity, forms of remuneration and employee management, industrial relations. Aimed at researchers, practitioners and experts from a variety of disciplines (law, economics, management, history, sociology, political science), La Revue de l'Ires pays particular attention to innovative articles based on empirical surveys or using original methodology, as well as international comparative insights.
