La Revista Digital: Actividad Física y Deporte (LRD)

The Digital Journal: Physical Activity and Sport is a scientific journal specializing in training, physical activity, sports management, movement biomechanics, and exercise physiology. The journal uses a double-blind peer-reviewed system and is open access via Diamond. To facilitate access and appropriation, manuscripts are accepted in Spanish and English. The types of scientific documents published in the journal are: scientific, review, reflection, case report, and technical note. The journal publishes two issues per year, has been published continuously since 2015, and is indexed in the EBSCO database, the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Ibero-American Network for Innovation and Scientific Knowledge (REDIB), Dialnet, and the AmeliCA index of consolidating journals. The Digital Journal: Physical Activity and Sport is a scientific journal specializing in training, physical activity, sports management, movement biomechanics, and exercise physiology. The journal uses a double-blind peer-reviewed system and is open access. In order to facilitate access and the scientific appropriation of knowledge, the journal publishes primarily in Spanish and occasionally in English depending on the topic and the potential impact of the article. The types of articles published in the journal are: scientific, review, reflection, case reports, and technical notes. The journal publishes two issues per year. The institution in charge of publication is the Sports Sciences Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Applied and Environmental Sciences (UDCA). The journal has ten published issues and is indexed in the Ibero-American Network for Innovation and Scientific Knowledge (REDIB). The free publication for authors and readers is due to the financial support of the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences and the selfless collaboration of external reviewers.
