Journal Descriptions
The Journal of Travel Medicine publishes cutting-edge research, consensus papers, policy papers and expert reviews in the field of travel medicine in the interface with other disciplines. We are particularly interested in the prevention and management of travel-associated infections, non-communicable diseases, vaccines, malaria prevention and treatment, multi-drug resistant pathogens, and surveillance on all persons crossing international borders. We welcome manuscripts related to migration health, mass gatherings including sporting events and pilgrimages, and adventure and extreme travel.
